Membership terms

Membership of The Parc Golf Club is entered into on an annual basis of twelve months and membership fees are due for the whole of that period irrespective of the method of payment.
Affiliation fees for Wales Golf, Gwent Golf Union and Monmouthshire Ladies are payable to Parc Golf Club in addition to the annual membership fees.
The Club may take appropriate action deemed necessary to recover outstanding debt owing to default on subscription payments and/or by failure to give proper notice of resignation. Any monies held on Pro-Shop account will be cleared with immediate effect if either circumstance should arise.
Should I default on payment and/or fail to give proper notice of resignation, I may be prevented from using the course as a visitor in the future, as well as being flagged as “unfinancial” through the Wales Golf Clubhouse which indicates outstanding debts to other affiliated clubs.
Rules for the usage of golf buggies at Parc Golf Club are outlined in the Golf Buggy Hire Safety Policy and these rules must be strictly followed.
In taking up this membership I recognise that I am bound by the rules and etiquette of both the club and the course.
